Sulton Campbell Britt & Associates, PC (SCB) is an architecture, historic preservation, planning and LEED consulting firm that provides services to both the public, private and non-profit sectors.  

Here at Sulton Campbell Britt we approach projects holistically, blending marketplace needs and construction realities with possibilities presented by the project’s site. Through our design process, we ensure our client’s voice is heard, explore building and site analysis, and navigate local regulatory approval processes. From developing new and unforgettable places in the urban core to revitalizing inner city buildings to rural communities and all spaces in-between, our projects make their environments pleasant and unforgettable.

 

The firm has historically held offices in both Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD; currently the firm is headquartered in Baltimore, MD. Since its 1964 inception, the firm has designed over $2.5 billion worth of construction in a variety of building types including:
